 Get your move on this summer!
Columbus Parks & Recreation Department’s FREE KID FIT CHALLENGE!
June 2 through July 26 kids ages 5-12 can enter the KID FIT CHALLENGE!
Pick up an official KID FIT CHALLENGE card at any Parks &
Rec facility (Donner Center at 22nd & Sycamore Sts., Columbus
Gymnastics Center at 405 Hope Avenue or Hamilton Center Ice
Arena at 2501 25th Street). Color in a block on the calendar for
each day you complete 30 minutes of activity. Color in 5 days a
week with activities for the entire month and turn in your card to
WIN in our prize drawing! Cards can be turned in to any Parks &
Rec facility listed above.

The Festival week is an opportunity for a young person to experience the CICC to see if it is an activity she/he would enjoy participating in during the 2008-09 school year. Participants should be in 4th-8th grades and need a recommendation from a music teacher or a brief interview with a CICC staff member. A week of Strings Camp is an opportunity for a young person (grades 2-8) to experience a strings instrument or to improve their skills in an outdoor setting. Group and individual instruction by Philharmonic musicians plus swimming games, miniature golf, arts & crafts.
