Cayden Rooks, a sophomore at Columbus East High School won the school's first state wrestling championship on February 18, 2017!

February is Teen Dating Violence Awareness and Prevention Month. The color orange is used to raise awareness about the issue of teen dating violence and to raise awareness about healthy relationships in order to work towards preventing this type of abuse. Teen dating violence is preventable. Through working together, we can work towards safe, healthy relationships for everyone in our community.  

Dance Marathon is a 12 hour dance planned and attended by teens to raise awareness for dating and domestic violence and funds for Turning Point, the local domestic violence shelter.  The dance is from 6PM Saturday, February 25 to 
6AM Sunday February 26.
