Upon those streets which have been signed or marked for angle parking, no person shall park or stand a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway indicated by such signs or markings, except those persons

who may park or stand certain commercial vehicles in certain assigned freight curb loading zones according to Section 10.28.170. (Prior code § 15-60)
