Chapter 10.28 STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING
Section 10.28.280 City bus loading zone.
A. The following areas shall be designated
as the "city bus loading zone":
1. The south side of 4th Street from
Washington Street to a point two hundred feet west of
Washington Street.
B. The city engineer shall place and
maintain appropriate signs indicating the limits of the
zone and the hours during which regulations are effective.
C. No person shall stop, stand, or park
a vehicle, other than a city bus, in the designated city
bus loading zone, during the hours posted when shall be the hours of operation of the city buses.
Taxicabs may use this zone for loading
and unloading passengers at time when the city buses are not occupying the zone. D. Any
vehicle parked in the city bus loading zone during the times posted may be towed at the owner's
