The parking or standing of any vehicle on any street or alley made necessary by mechanical trouble, traffic conditions, accident or in obedience to the direction of a policeman or traffic signals or for a reasonable length of time

to load and unload such vehicle shall not be considered a violation of this chapter. (Prior code § 15-87)
