10.28.340 Registration to be prima facie proof of control or operation.
The fact that a motor vehicle or trailer, which is parked in
violation of the sections of this
chapter, is registered in the name of a person shall be considered prima facie proof that such person
was in control and operating such
motor vehicle or trailer at the time of such parking. (Prior code § 15-88)
