The street and sanitation commissioner of the city is authorized and empowered to declare temporary tow-away zones on city streets and rights-of-way for the purpose of allowing the efficient and unobstructed sweeping of streets, removal of snow and resurfacing of streets. (Ord. 2664 § 1, 1978)
