It is unlawful to park, position or place, or cause to be parked, positioned or placed any vehicle within a marked tow-away zone during the effective time thereof. Any such licensed or nonlicensed vehicle found parked, positioned or placed within the limits of a temporary tow-away zone, during the effective time period of same, may be towed and removed therefrom.
