A.    The chief of police upon issuing a bicycle license shall also issue a permanent license tag bearing the license number assigned to the bicycle, and the name of the city.

    B.    The owner of the bicycle shall cause such license tag to be firmly attached to the frame of the bicycle for which it is issued in such position as to be plainly visible from the rear.

    C.    No person shall remove a license tag from a bicycle during the period for which issued. (Prior code § 15-131)
