The official thoroughfare plan of the city shall consist of a map entitled "Thoroughfare Plan -- Columbus and Jurisdictional Area, (1978)"; which map is designated as Exhibit A; drawings entitled "Desirable Street Cross-sections"; which drawings are designated as Exhibit B; the provisions of all other ordinances making up and being a part of the master plan of the master plan of the city as the same may pertain to streets and thoroughfares of the city and its jurisdictional area; and for guideline purposes, the general provisions of Section 7, "Comprehensive Plan -- 1985, Columbus, Indiana, June 19, 1967." All of the above material shall be on file in the office of the city clerk-treasurer.
