After the issuance of a permit, the department shall make or shall cause to be made, inspection of the construction to insure full compliance with the provisions of this building code and the terms of the permit. Inspections of construction found to be incomplete are subject to assessment of reinspection fees as set out in Section 15.04.140. (Prior code § 5-18)
