All persons shall have the right to appeal any department interpretation of the applicability of the terms of Section 15.04.060 to the Indiana Department of Fire and Building Services, in accordance with the provisions of Indiana Code, 22-13-2-7 and Indiana Code, 4-21.5-3-7. (Prior code § 5-25.1)
