Approval of a preliminary plat shall not constitute approval of a final plat. The preliminary plat shall be deemed an expression of approval of the plat layout as a guide to the preparation of the final plat. Subsequent approval will be required of the detailed improvement plans pertaining to water supply, storm drainage, sewerage, grading and gradients, roadway widths and surfaces. The developer or owner shall assume the risk that any or all improvements constructed prior to final plat approval may not be accepted or approved. (Ord. 99-24 § 3 (part), 1999: prior code § 28-23)
