The names of streets shall not duplicate or too closely resemble, phonetically or in spelling, the name of any existing street name in Bartholomew County, Indiana. Streets which are logical extensions or continuations of, or obviously in alignment with, any existing streets, either constructed or appearing on any validity recorded plat shall bear the names of such existing streets.
