A.    The boundaries for the seven councilmanic districts are established as follows:

    1.    The first councilmanic district shall be made up of the following precincts: 1700, 1900, 2000, 2100, 2200, 2300 and 2400.

    2.    The second councilmanic district shall be made up of the following precincts: 100, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 4450, 5750 and 5800.

    3.    The third councilmanic district shall be made up of the following precincts: 1000, 1100, 1200, 1400, 1500, 1600, 1800 and 3650.

    4.    The fourth councilmanic district shall be made up of the following precincts: 900, 1300, 2600, 2700, 2800, 2900, 3550 and 3850.

    5.    The fifth councilmanic district shall be made up of the following precincts: 600, 700, 800, 2500, 3300 and 3350.

    B.    There shall be two at-large councilmanic districts, the area of each of which shall consist of the entire city. (Ord. 94-30, 1994: Ord. 92-64, 1992)
