A.    A director of parks and recreation may be appointed to Indiana Code, 36-4-9-2 and Indiana Code, 36-10-3-13(d).

    B.    The director shall have all duties set forth in Indiana Code, 36-10-3-14, and those duties set forth by the board. (Prior code § 19-12)
