2.60.030 Organization.
A. The Bartholomew Columbus telecommunications
commission shall meet within thirty days
following the appointment of all its members for the purposes of organizing and electing a
chairman from among its members. Thereafter, the commission shall meet during the month of
January of each year for the purpose of electing a chairman for the succeeding calendar year. The
chairman shall serve until a successor shall have been elected.
B. The commission shall adopt such rules
and regulations and select such other officers as
may be necessary to properly conduct its business.
C. The commission shall meet at least
once during each calendar quarter for the purposes of
conducting its business and carrying out its duties and responsibilities.
D. The members of the commission shall
serve without compensation. Such members may,
however, be reimbursed for approved out-of-pocket expenses incurred in the performance of their
