A.    There is established an ethnic expo committee to be appointed by the mayor for purposes of conducting a city-wide celebration of the ethnic diversity of the city.

    B.    There is established a special nonreverting account in the department of community development from which private contributions to sustain the activities of the ethnic expo committee may be paid. (Ord. 92-44, 1992)
