All actions commenced pursuant to this chapter, shall be coordinated to the greatest extent possible with the county of Bartholomew, Indiana, and the chairman of the board of commissioners of Bartholomew County, Indiana, pursuant to the Joint Bartholomew County-City of Columbus Emergency Operations Plan developed pursuant to this chapter and Bartholomew County Ordinance 1985-4.
