A person who holds a registered retail merchant's certificate pursuant to Indiana Code, 6-25, is exempt from the provisions of this chapter, provided however, such licensed food vendor shall comply with Section 5.04.070. Any licensed food vendor failing to comply with this provision shall be subject to the penalty provisions of this chapter. (Amended during 1994 codification; prior code § 20-3)
