Any franchisee may petition for a change in status in accordance with 47 C.F.R. Sec. 79.15, and the city shall consider that petition in accordance with 47 C.F.R. Sec. 79.15. The petition and five copies must be filed with the city clerk-treasurer, and five copies must be filed with the telecommunication commission. (Ord. 93-44 § 8, 1993)
