A.    No owner shall fail to exercise due care and control of their animal(s) to prevent them from becoming a public nuisance.

    B.    Persons who violate any of the provisions of this section shall be subject to a fine of ten dollars for the first offense, with the fines increasing by an increment of ten dollars for each subsequent offense within one year of the first offense, but not more than one thousand dollars.
