9.28.240 Coercion, intimidation, threats or interference.
A person may not coerce, intimidate, threaten or interfere with
any other person:
A. In the exercise or enjoyment of any
right granted or protected by this chapter; or
B. Because the person has exercised or
enjoyed, or has encouraged another person in the
exercise or enjoyment of, any right granted or protected by this chapter. (Ord. 92-45 (part), 1992;
