Section 9.28.340 Administrative enforcement--Dismissal of complaint.
9.28.340 Administrative enforcement—Dismissal of complaint.
A. If the commission determines that
no probable cause exists to believe that a discriminatory
housing practice has occurred or is about to occur, the commission shall promptly dismiss the
complaint.
B. The commission shall make public disclosure
of each dismissal under this section. (Ord.
