9.28.350 Administrative enforcement—Finding of probable cause precluded after
commencement of civil actions.
The commission may not issue a finding of probable cause under
this chapter regarding an
alleged discriminatory housing practice after the beginning of the trial of a civil action commenced
by the aggrieved party under federal or state
law seeking relief with respect to that discriminatory housing practice. (Ord. 92-45
