9.28.490 Enforcement by the commission—Intervention in civil action.
A person may intervene in an action filed under Sections 9.28.470
through 9.28.500, if the
person is:
A. An aggrieved person to the discriminatory
housing practice; or
B. A party to a conciliation agreement
concerning the discriminatory housing practice. (Ord.
