MINUTES
Call to Order
   1) Roll Call—Tom Vujovich, Matt Souza, George Van Horn, Jim Lienhoop
       Absent—Rich Stenner, Dr. Steve Champion
       Staff—Ed Curtin
       Guest—Kristi Putnam, Paul Minnis, Dave Hayward, Kent Anderson, Steve Ruble, Terry Coriden, Roger D., Mark Rope
Action Items
We amended the agenda to replace the Ski Lakes project with Outdoor Sports Borrow Site. Motion was made by Matt Souza and seconded by George Van Horn. Motion was approved unanimously.
2) Selection of consultants for the following projects
      a. 4th Street—There were 3 proposals. They were Christopher Burke, Strand, and Janssen & Spaans Engineering. Kent Anderson, Steve Ruble and Ed Curtin reviewed the proposals. It is recommended that Janssen and Spawn help us with construction documents that are needed for the reconstruction of 4th Street. Motion to accept the recommendation was made by Matt Souza and seconded by Jim Lienhoop. Motion was approved unanimously.
       b. Outdoor Sports—There were 2 proposals. They were Ratio and Browning Day. Lynn Lucas, Jim Deets, Rich Stenner, Greg Elhinger, Ed Curtin, and Ben Wagner reviewed the proposals. It is recommended that Ratio help us with construction documents that are needed for the project. Motion to accept the recommendation was made by Matt Souza and seconded by George Van Horn. Motion was approved unanimously.
       c. Outdoor Sports Borrow Site—There were 2 proposals. They were Christopher Burke and Michael Van Valkenburgh. Lynn Lucas, Jim Deets, Rich Stenner, Greg Elhinger, Ed Curtin, and Ben Wagner reviewed the proposals. It is recommended that Christopher Burke complete documents necessary for construction and for to do the necessary permitting for the project. Motion to accept the recommendation was made by Matt Souza and seconded by Jim Lienhoop. Motion was approve unanimously.
Terry Coriden and Ed Curtin will be developing language and to provide a contract to the consultants. There was a census in giving Terry Coriden the go ahead to move forward in providing the consultants with acceptance letters for the proposals.
